Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at WeeOnenMama. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
We are an Online Retailer and currently ship within New Zealand only. We do not offer click-and-collect services. We strive to process and ship orders within one to two business days. Due to current circumstances with Covid-19 shipping can take longer. Please allow up to 3 to 4 working days for your order to arrive. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We do not ship on non-business days (Saturday and Sunday) or public holidays. During vacations or festivals, if We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
A tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order when the order ships. We normally use a non-signature required service which means that the courier will leave your package in a safe place and you do not have to be home to receive the package. However, we cannot guarantee that your delivery instructions will be followed by the Courier. If you have had issues with packages or mail being stolen, please request ‘SIGNATURE REQUIRED’. Signature Required service will mean you need to be home to sign for your package and if you are not home, you will need to arrange re-delivery with the relevant courier company.

Shipping method: Best Inland courier service
Shipment cost: NZD 7.00 including GST. Free shipping for orders above NZD 100.00
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
All orders are dispatched via Courier Post. For further information please refer to the link provided in the email.
Order Tracking
To track your order, please check the shipping confirmation email and visit the tracking URL link made available to you.
Delivery Address
WeeOnenMama recommends customers provide a secure delivery address. WeeOnenMama is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
WeeOnenMama ships to addresses within New Zealand only.
Orders will be left in a safe place if there is no one at the delivery address to sign for the delivery. If the delivery cannot be left in a safe place, a calling card will be left in your mailbox advising of the New Zealand Post location where you can collect your delivery.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, (e.g. strikes, floods etc).
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
WeeOnenMama is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
WeeOnenMama is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
